Inspired by the bean-to-bar chocolate movement, we craft SHINE from reclaimed espresso grounds and rice from the sake-making process. SHINE is rich, complex, and thoughtfully designed — offering a new way to experience indulgence just like traditional cacao-based chocolate.

A 1:1 Flour Alternative with Purpose
High Purpose Flour is a one-to-one all-purpose flour alternative made from reclaimed beer grains. Designed for versatility and ease of use, it integrates seamlessly into baking and cooking while extending the life of valuable brewing byproducts.
Looking Ahead
Our work doesn’t stop with what exists today. We continue to explore new ways to transform overlooked food streams into purposeful, delicious products — expanding into categories where upcycling can make the greatest impact.
Current explorations include pasta made from reclaimed bread flour, along with other ingredients and formats designed to extend the life of everyday staples while fitting seamlessly into how people cook, eat, and share food.
